The hotel rooms were excellent with very comfy beds, spacious layout, and nice bathroom amenities. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with tours and transportation. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the old city. The dining experience was good but could be improved with more variety. Overall, a lovely stay with some minor areas for enhancement.
The hotel offers a mix of positive and negative experiences. Despite some drawbacks like rooms being in a basement area with unpleasant smells, my stay was saved by the incredibly comfortable beds, friendly staff, and great location. However, the hotel's dining options may leave you longing for more variety.
The hotel offers a peaceful stay in a good location but lacks natural light in some rooms and may be prone to mosquito bites. The service was friendly but could have been more proactive. The dining area is decent but could use better organization. The facilities are satisfactory overall.
